Colle + McVoy has discovered the solution to getting agency employees to complete their timesheets; free beer. They invented the TapServer, a custom-built, multi-keg "beer deployment system" that could be the answer to not only the ad industry's time sheet problem but the entire nation's timesheet conundrum.

The system they implemented here is more important than the free beer thing. They might have even had fun figuring it out — and if an agency wants to spend their money/free time building a killer beer delivery system, why would anyone give a rip? This is cool and fun and now I want an oatmeal stout.
