New commercial ad of Dial Direct was released in January 2015 in South Africa under the title of “Dial Direct: The Notebook”. The ad – supported with a new corporate identity, payoff line and brand strategy – marks a new positioning for the brand with the message ‘insurance made easy’. It was made by Velocity Agency advertising agency.
